Abstract: A case of severe infection caused by odontogenic infection is reported. The patient was a 59-year-old woman with chronic renal failure undergoing treatment with hemodyalisis. She was rescued by early detection of infectious lesion used with computed tomography (CT) examination and by early surgical treatment . We think that a subtle odontogenic infection may easily develop into severe infection in immunocompromised hosts like this patient.
