A case of severe odontogenic infection required respiratory management
by Mini-Trach II TM.

Abstract：Severe odonotogenic infection in the head and neck region is often accompanied not only with pain and swelling but with difficulty of swallowing, trismus and dyspnea. In the cases of dyspnea, minitracheotomy has been performed with Mini-trache ⅡTM Seldinger Minitracheotomy Kit. It provides an easy insertion of airway tube and good respiratory management. Mini-trach ⅡTM Serdinger Minitracheotomy Kit is very useful for the treatment of cases of severe infection with dyspnea.
